This area specializes in judicial or extrajudicial legal treatment of all the scenarios relevant to the members of a family, whether involving a married couple or stable partners, paying special attention to any aspects that might affect the children.

We also specialize in Matrimonial Canon Law, and are authorized to represent our clients at national Ecclesiastical Courts and at the Tribunal of the Rota in Madrid.

In particular, the Department of Family and Canonical Law deals with the following matters:

• Articles of establishment as a stable couple, regulating the effects of the breakup.

• Separation or divorce, by mutual agreement or litigation.
